When will my order be shipped, and when can I expect delivery?
Orders are processed within 0 –1 business days. Delivery typically occurs within 3–6 days. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and shipping details. If any items become unavailable, we will notify you within one business day via phone or email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Debit/Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all tags, manuals, and packaging included, with a 20% restocking fee for non-defective items, and refunds processed within 14 days after inspection.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Inspect your item(s) upon delivery and note any damage when signing for the package. If your item(s) arrive damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage, the box, and the SKU.
  2. Provide a brief description of the damage.
  3. Email these details to support@wheelsofamerica.com within 24 hours of delivery.

For freight damage claims, photos and videos must be submitted within 24 hours. Failure to report visible signs of exterior damage within this timeframe will void the claim.

How do I place an order?
