Customer Service Statement

Customer service is a top priority for us at Wheels of America, and we will always strive to meet and exceed your expectations.

Wheels of America is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on our website. As such, the manufacturer's return, refund, and warranty policies cover all of our products.

For the majority of our products, our return policy ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies, and as an authorized dealer, we are required to abide by these return and refund policies. Please read the return policy below that applies to this specific product and refer to the brand-specific return policies listed on the product page.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach our agents during business hours at (888) 920-5593, via the chat in the bottom right, or email support@wheelsofamerica.com anytime.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Once you place your order, production begins. If you're unsure whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds & Returns

The Wheels of America default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies, meaning you will receive a fully functional, operating product without extra expenses. Please check individual product pages for details. If you need to exchange your product, you are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Return policies may vary depending on the manufacturer. Be sure to check the product page for the brand-specific return policy.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at support@wheelsofamerica.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your product if the return is approved. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if returning an item due to a change of mind. However, we will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or inaccurate.

Shipping Times & Delays

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on product pages based on information from our suppliers and freight companies. These times may change due to supply chain or shipping issues. We appreciate your patience.

Damages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is any damage, document it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damage, box, and SKU to support@wheelsofamerica.com, and we will process an insurance claim for you. Claims must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty

Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please check individual product pages for specific warranty information. Warranty coverage typically includes manufacturer defects or functional issues, but does not cover damage that occurs after the product is received.

Individual Brand Return & Shipping Policies

Some manufacturers have specific policies that may override our general return guidelines. For each product, we provide the brand-specific return policy on the product page. Be sure to review the policy for the product you're purchasing.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated, and if proven fraudulent, the customer will be held criminally liable for theft. If you experience an issue with a product, contact us at support@wheelsofamerica.com, and we will resolve the issue together. Please do not file a chargeback before reaching out to our team.

Customer Acknowledgments

By making a purchase on Wheels of America, you agree to the following terms:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, notate and take pictures if there is any damage, and provide them to Wheels of America within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a new product in the event of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may apply.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product but are usually around 20%.
  • I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Wheels of America (such as supply chain delays or manufacturer constraints).
  • I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimated time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Wheels of America (such as manufacturing or logistical constraints of our partner companies and suppliers).
