Shipping Policy

Shipping Times:

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The average delivery time for orders is 6–10 days, with free shipping on all orders. We process orders within 1-3 days, and transit time is typically 5-7 days. Please note that the order deadline is 5 PM EST; orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

Order Confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will immediately reach out to our suppliers to verify that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If the item is in stock and available for shipment within 5 business days, we will process your payment and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, we will ship your order within 5 business days from the date of the order. We will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days of your order, please contact us at support@wheelsofamerica.com.

No Shipping Outside the USA (Some Exceptions Apply):

We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States. However, some products may be available in Canada. If the website permits you to enter a shipping address in another country, you will be able to complete your order, and it will be shipped according to the policies outlined above.

Changing Address:

If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that any address changes will likely result in delays. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges imposed by our freight carriers due to address changes. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Shipping Times Disclaimer:

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We strive to ensure timely processing and delivery by informing our vendors of new orders as soon as possible. However, if a customer decides to cancel an order due to shipping delays, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other fees incurred. If a customer files a chargeback due to shipping delays, they will be held criminally liable for theft. No exceptions apply.

Shipping Options:

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Curbside Pickup (Free): This standard option is free of charge and typically takes 5–15 days for delivery to your doorstep.
  • Threshold Shipping: This service includes delivery to your porch or a sheltered area, such as a garage.
  • White Glove Delivery: This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of all packaging from your home.
