Warranty Information
Every Eahora e-bike is covered under our manufacturer's one-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. This ensures peace of mind and a commitment to quality for our customers. Please review the details below to understand the warranty coverage, exclusions, and how to file a claim.
Warranty Coverage

Components (5 Months)
Most individual components, such as forks, stem, handlebar, brakes, LCD display, throttle, and more, are covered against manufacturer defects for 5 months from the date of purchase. This does not include wear and tear. -
Frame (2 Years)
The bike frame is warranted for 2 years against defects in material or workmanship. -
Battery (1 Year)
The lithium-ion battery is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. Damage from power surges, improper maintenance, or water exposure is not included.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, cables, grips).
- Damage caused by misuse, overloading, extreme riding, or improper maintenance.
- Consumables such as tubes, spokes, and chains.
- Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-compatible parts.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or acts of God.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Our team will assess the claim and determine if a repair, replacement, or other resolution is applicable.

If a replacement is approved, a return shipping label will be provided. Note that unrepairable bikes are eligible for replacement or return, subject to a 30% depreciation fee and round-trip shipping costs if the customer opts for a return.
Shipping Damage Claims
Inspect your product(s) immediately upon delivery. Any freight damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt. To file a claim:
- Take detailed photos of the damage.
- Retain all packaging materials.

Additional Terms
- Warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
- We do not cover third-party service costs unless pre-approved.
- Chargebacks on credit card transactions will result in the suspension of warranty services until resolved.

If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, we will ship your order within 5 business days from the date of the order. We will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of shipment. No Shipping Outside the USA (Some Exceptions Apply):
We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States. However, some products may be available in Canada. If the website permits you to enter a shipping address in another country, you will be able to complete your order, and it will be shipped according to the policies outlined above.
Changing Address:
If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that any address changes will likely result in delays. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges imposed by our freight carriers due to address changes. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Shipping Times Disclaimer:
All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We strive to ensure timely processing and delivery by informing our vendors of new orders as soon as possible. Wheels of America is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on our website. As such, the manufacturer's return, refund, and warranty policies cover all of our products.
For the majority of our products, our return policy ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies, and as an authorized dealer, we are required to abide by these return and refund policies. Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Once you place your order, production begins. Refunds & Returns
The Wheels of America default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies, meaning you will receive a fully functional, operating product without extra expenses. Please check individual product pages for details. If you need to exchange your product, you are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Return policies may vary depending on the manufacturer. Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at support@wheelsofamerica.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your product if the return is approved. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if returning an item due to a change of mind. However, we will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or inaccurate.

Damages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is any damage, document it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damage, box, and SKU to support@wheelsofamerica.com, and we will process an insurance claim for you. Claims must be reported within 24 hours.

Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated, and if proven fraudulent, the customer will be held criminally liable for theft. - I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, notate and take pictures if there is any damage, and provide them to Wheels of America within 24 hours of the product being delivered.

- I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may apply.
