Warranty Information for Eunorau Electric Bikes

Welcome to the Eunorau family! At Wheels of America, we are proud to be an authorized dealer of Eunorau electric bikes. Known for their superior craftsmanship and innovative design, Eunorau bikes are built to provide years of reliable and enjoyable riding. To give you peace of mind, Eunorau offers a robust warranty program that ensures your investment is protected.

Warranty Coverage

Eunorau provides the following warranty coverage for all electric bikes purchased in the U.S. or Canada:

  • Frame: 10-Year Replacement or Repair Warranty for structural defects.
  • Battery: 24-Month Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • Motor & Electrical Components: 24-Month Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • Complimentary Support After Warranty: Even after your warranty period expires, Eunorau may provide replacement parts as a courtesy. Customers may only be responsible for shipping costs.

Warranty Requirements

To ensure your bike remains covered under the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Proof of Purchase:
    • For retail purchases: A receipt or similar document showing the date of purchase and the product name.
    • For purchases made on Eunorau’s website: Order ID and relevant information.
    • For purchases from authorized dealers, additional documentation may be required.
  2. Product Registration: Register your bike immediately after purchase. Contact us, and we'll do it for you when you shop with us!
  3. Annual Check-up: A check-up by an authorized Eunorau specialist or dealer after the first year of use is mandatory.
  4. Original Purchaser Only: Warranty coverage is only valid for the original owner and cannot be transferred.

When purchasing from Wheels of America, we will guide you through the registration process to ensure a seamless experience.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The following are excluded from the warranty:

  • Wear and Tear Items:
    • Brake pads, rotors, tires, tubes, chains, grips, shifters, brake cables, casings, and similar components.
  • Cosmetic Damage:
    • Scratches, dents, paint fade, or other superficial issues not related to manufacturing defects.
  • External Causes:
    • Damage caused by collisions, accidents, improper use (e.g., stunt riding or racing), or exposure to extreme weather or environmental conditions.
  • Improper Assembly or Use:
    • Defects resulting from assembly or maintenance not performed as per Eunorau's guidelines, such as improper use of a charger or tampering with the battery.
  • Other Exclusions:
    • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-Eunorau accessories.
    • Frames with corrosion, impact damage, or non-reversible modifications like drilling or welding.

Shipping and Delivery Notes

All shipments require the recipient to be present and sign for the package. Inspect the product thoroughly upon delivery. If you find any damage during shipping, take photos or videos immediately and contact Eunorau’s support team. Keep all original packaging to assist with after-sales claims.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Times:

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The average delivery time for orders is 6–10 days, with free shipping on all orders. We process orders within 1-3 days, and transit time is typically 5-7 days. Please note that the order deadline is 5 PM EST; orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

Order Confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will immediately reach out to our suppliers to verify that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If the item is in stock and available for shipment within 5 business days, we will process your payment and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, we will ship your order within 5 business days from the date of the order. We will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days of your order, please contact us at support@wheelsofamerica.com.

No Shipping Outside the USA (Some Exceptions Apply):

We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States. However, some products may be available in Canada. If the website permits you to enter a shipping address in another country, you will be able to complete your order, and it will be shipped according to the policies outlined above.

Changing Address:

If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that any address changes will likely result in delays. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges imposed by our freight carriers due to address changes. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Shipping Times Disclaimer:

All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We strive to ensure timely processing and delivery by informing our vendors of new orders as soon as possible. However, if a customer decides to cancel an order due to shipping delays, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, and any other fees incurred. If a customer files a chargeback due to shipping delays, they will be held criminally liable for theft. No exceptions apply.

  • Curbside Pickup (Free): This standard option is free of charge and typically takes 5–15 days for delivery to your doorstep.
  • Threshold Shipping: This service includes delivery to your porch or a sheltered area, such as a garage.
  • White Glove Delivery: This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of all packaging from your home.

Wheels of America is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on our website. As such, the manufacturer's return, refund, and warranty policies cover all of our products.

For the majority of our products, our return policy ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies, and as an authorized dealer, we are required to abide by these return and refund policies. Please read the return policy below that applies to this specific product and refer to the brand-specific return policies listed on the product page.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Once you place your order, production begins. If you're unsure whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds & Returns

The Wheels of America default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies, meaning you will receive a fully functional, operating product without extra expenses. Please check individual product pages for details. If you need to exchange your product, you are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Return policies may vary depending on the manufacturer. Be sure to check the product page for the brand-specific return policy.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at support@wheelsofamerica.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your product if the return is approved. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if returning an item due to a change of mind. However, we will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or inaccurate.

Shipping Times & Delays

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on product pages based on information from our suppliers and freight companies. These times may change due to supply chain or shipping issues. We appreciate your patience.

Damages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is any damage, document it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damage, box, and SKU to support@wheelsofamerica.com, and we will process an insurance claim for you. Claims must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty

Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please check individual product pages for specific warranty information. Warranty coverage typically includes manufacturer defects or functional issues, but does not cover damage that occurs after the product is received.

Individual Brand Return & Shipping Policies

Some manufacturers have specific policies that may override our general return guidelines. For each product, we provide the brand-specific return policy on the product page. Be sure to review the policy for the product you're purchasing.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated, and if proven fraudulent, the customer will be held criminally liable for theft. If you experience an issue with a product, contact us at support@wheelsofamerica.com, and we will resolve the issue together. Please do not file a chargeback before reaching out to our team.

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, notate and take pictures if there is any damage, and provide them to Wheels of America within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a new product in the event of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may apply.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product but are usually around 20%.
  • I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Wheels of America (such as supply chain delays or manufacturer constraints).
  • I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay or because an estimated time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Wheels of America (such as manufacturing or logistical constraints of our partner companies and suppliers).
