• 18-Month Warranty:

  • Applies exclusively to new, original Smarttravel Ebikes purchased from authorized resellers.
• Replacements or Refunds:
  • Defective items will be replaced with a new item of equal value when available.
  • If a replacement is unavailable or not preferred, a full refund will be offered.
  • Replacements are covered by the same 18-month warranty as the original item.
• Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and is non-transferable.

Warranty Exclusions:

The following are not covered under the warranty:

• Purchases from unauthorized resellers or without adequate proof of purchase.
• Second-hand products or those past the warranty period.
• Alterations not performed or approved by Smarttravel authorized resellers.
• Damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to:

Shipping Times:

At Wheels of America, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably. Here’s what you can expect:

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Transit Time: Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
• Order Deadline: Orders placed before 5 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery Estimate: On average, your order will arrive within 6–10 business days from the time of purchase.

We provide honest and realistic delivery estimates to ensure you know exactly when to expect your order. Unlike other retailers who may promise overly optimistic timelines, our estimates are based on actual shipping capabilities for a reliable shopping experience.

If the item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If the item is in stock and available for shipment within 5 business days, we will process your payment and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and payment has been processed, we will ship your order within 5 business days from the date of the order. We will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 6 business days of your order, please contact us at support@wheelsofamerica.com.

No Shipping Outside the USA (Some Exceptions Apply):

We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States. However, some products may be available in Canada. If the website permits you to enter a shipping address in another country, you will be able to complete your order, and it will be shipped according to the policies outlined above.

Changing Address:

If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that any address changes will likely result in delays. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges imposed by our freight carriers due to address changes. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Shipping Times Disclaimer:

Wheels of America is an authorized dealer and distributor for all the brands and products sold on our website. As such, the manufacturer's return, refund, and warranty policies cover all of our products.

For the majority of our products, our return policy ranges from 7 to 30 days, depending on the brand of the item you order. Each manufacturer has its own policies, and as an authorized dealer, we are required to abide by these return and refund policies. Please read the return policy below that applies to this specific product and refer to the brand-specific return policies listed on the product page.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. Once you place your order, production begins. If you're unsure whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds & Returns

The Wheels of America default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Nearly all of our products have guarantee warranty policies, meaning you will receive a fully functional, operating product without extra expenses. Please check individual product pages for details. If you need to exchange your product, you are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Return policies may vary depending on the manufacturer. Be sure to check the product page for the brand-specific return policy.

Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at support@wheelsofamerica.com. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your product if the return is approved. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if returning an item due to a change of mind. However, we will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or inaccurate.

Shipping Times & Delays

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on product pages based on information from our suppliers and freight companies. These times may change due to supply chain or shipping issues. We appreciate your patience.

Damages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is any damage, document it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damage, box, and SKU to support@wheelsofamerica.com, and we will process an insurance claim for you. Claims must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated, and if proven fraudulent, the customer will be held criminally liable for theft. • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, notate and take pictures if there is any damage, and provide them to Wheels of America within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
• I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a new product in the event of a refund or exchange.
• I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may apply.
• I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
• I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product but are usually around 20%.
• I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside the control of Wheels of America (such as supply chain delays or manufacturer constraints).
